I’m a psychiatric nurse practitioner and certified nurse midwife passionate about helping women feel seen and supported through every stage of life—from fertility and pregnancy to perimenopause and beyond. Mental health is about your whole health, and my approach offers evidence-based care through an integrative lens that honors the mind-body connection.
