I’m a board certified integrative Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner and Certified Nurse Midwife. I believe true healing isn’t just about managing symptoms—it’s about coming home to yourself, feeling safe in your body, and feeling supported through the most vulnerable and transformative seasons of life.
Whether you’re navigating the emotional toll of fertility challenges, struggling with perinatal anxiety, depression, or mood changes, coping with menstrual cycle symptoms or the cyclical intensity of PMDD, experiencing PCOS-related mood shifts, or feeling the overwhelm that so often surfaces in midlife during perimenopause or menopause—I’m here to help.
I know that these challenges rarely exist in isolation. They often unfold alongside the identity shifts of motherhood, relationship struggles, the weight of caregiving, family health crises, divorce, or feeling like you’ve lost touch with who you are. These are complex, layered experiences—and you deserve support that sees the whole picture.
